Are you passionate about creating impactful programs and events at Ohio State? ASFW+ is seeking a Programs Co-Chair / Committee Member, a Membership Co-Chair, and an Advancement Co-Chair to join our board! Details are below.

Programs Co-Chair / Committee Member

• Collaborate with the President, President-Elect, and fellow Programs Co-Chairs to brainstorm and plan events that align with ASFW+’s mission and annual theme.
• Coordinate and manage all details for at least one program per month throughout the academic year.
• Take the lead on guest services: support registration, distribute post-event surveys, and coordinate volunteers and day-of event needs.

Advancement Co-chair, Fundraising

• Leads all fundraising efforts in with help from Advancement Committee (including academic year, Symposium, Giving Tuesday, Campus Campaign, etc.)
  
• Sets goals in accordance with capacity and need of the organization; works collaboratively with Advancement Chair: Stewardship
  
• Coordinates with the communications and marketing chair on the creation of materials. 

Membership Co-Chair 

• Works collaboratively with the Membership Co-Chair to maintain database of association members and provide monthly database reports
  
• engages non-members following ASFW+ events and welcomes new members; determines membership renewal and sends e-mail reminders
• confirms membership and answers questions regarding membership
• helps conducts informational sessions in conjunction with other ASFW+ Chairs
