The Ballam Symposium is the Association of Staff and Faculty Women Plus (ASFW+) signature annual professional development event, bringing together staff and faculty from across The Ohio State University for a day of learning, inspiration, and connection.
Each year, the Symposium explores a unique theme designed to encourage personal and professional growth through engaging speakers, meaningful conversations, networking opportunities, and interactive experiences. The event provides participants with practical insights, fresh perspectives, and valuable connections that support success both within and beyond the workplace.
