Gender Initiatives in STEMM The mission of Gender Initiatives in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine) is to facilitate the recruitment, retention and advancement of women faculty members from diverse populations in STEMM disciplines and increase the presence and success of women in those fields.
Office of Work/Life The university's work life effort entails providing programs, policies, and services to help you better integrate your professional and personal life.
President and Provost's Council on Women Advocates to the president and provost for the advancement of all women at The Ohio State University and providing leadership for the development of policies and practices that positively affect the working environment for women employed at The Ohio State University.
Project CEOS-Comprehensive Equity at Ohio State The goal of Project CEOS is to increase the representation and advancement of women in academic science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers through research-based interventions that transform the workplace culture. These interventions will increase women’s participation in the scientific and engineering workforce at Ohio State. Participating colleges include Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, and the division of Natural and Mathematical Sciences in the college of Arts & Sciences.
The Women's Place The Women’s Place serves as a catalyst for institutional change to expand opportunities for women’s growth, leadership, and power in an inclusive, supportive, and safe university environment consistent with the goals of the Academic and Diversity Plans.
YWCA Columbus Leadership Luncheon Series Bringing together professional women from across central Ohio, Leadership Luncheons provide meaningful networking opportunities and practical knowledge that attendees can use in their work and everyday life.
