Webmaster Chair [email protected] What is your title and in what department do you work? I am a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Department of Human Resources for the College of Medicine. My team and I work for Dean Bradford, recruiting top talent, leadership, and executives for the College of Medicine. Specifically, I coordinate search committee meetings, candidate interviews, and everything related to candidate campus visits. What do you like most about working at Ohio State? The communities within the community. Working for the Wexner I see so many communities working together to provide the best patient care and trainee experiences, and then I'm reminded of the greater OSU community and it cease to amaze me how we all work for such a strong community despite our vast differences. To see and work within one community that is represented by so many jobs, cultures, languages, faiths, and lifestyles is absolutely amazing to me. How has ASFW helped your career development? My current role in ASFW gives me opportunity to develop skills that are completely different then my job, and being involved in ASFW gives opportunity for growth and leadership. I'm happiest when... I'm spending time with my 4yr German shepherd or on a volleyball court coaching! |
