The Bullet Journaling event on March 12th was a great success with a sold-out crowd. Marci Walton from Residence Life led attendees through bullet journaling exercises to help attendees with goal-setting and healthy habit formations.
Join the Ohio State Office of Military and Veteran Services for an afternoon of insightful discussion on the modern Military experience as a Woman Leader.
Our panelists will focus on Women's Military experiences and the transition to leadership positions within the civilian sector. We will also explore the themes of breaking the glass ceiling, Military sexual trauma, and how Women Leaders can build resiliency and grit.
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
Objective 1: Have an increased understanding of Military culture from the Women Veteran perspective.
Objective 2: Define Military sexual trauma and learn strategies to combat sexual harassment in the workplace.
Objective 3: Develop strategies to assist Women Leaders with building resiliency skills and tenacity to progress and retain management positions.
Lunch will be served at 10:45, discussions begin at 11:20.
